About

I’m an author of many genres and have published 7 novels, 1 anthology of novels, 5 short story compilations and 5 non-fiction books. I have also written stories for Oxford University Press South Africa, been published in every Grumpy Old Gods anthology so far, and am a short story competition judge for On the Premises, an online fiction magazine.

I’ve always been passionate about books and knew from a young age that I wanted to write them one day. I love animals (especially dogs), coffee and the smell of wet grass and the ocean, and hate liars, traffic, sweltering weather and queues. My interests include anything weird, reading, photography, the supernatural, mythology, aliens and outer space, ancient history, life’s mysteries and martial arts, of which I have five years’ experience.
